Need to beef up alarm system

I also have a 4400 Avital. I think this system is weird. Everytime I remote start my vehicle, the lights start flashing.

If anyone can help me stop the flashing lighs, I would appreciate it.

do teh lights turn off when you put the key in and step on the brake? then its fine.
