ok here is what i'm trying to achieve...the actual box portion is pretty much right what i need.....it's the port that i need help with to achieve 28 htz tuning. depending on the actual size of the port, the amp may or may not go where i drew it at.

Are you trying to do a slotted port so that you can rest the amp on the port itself?

Are round tubes out of the question?

prefer slot port....and yeah if i have the room, i want to put the amps in there like an amp rack. and keep in mind the port dimensions are just my limitations

and i forgot that the actual port must be centered on the box and the max width on the port it self is 39" wide

Did some quick calculations.

You could make your port 20"x2". This would give more than enough port area, It would need to be 30.5" long to give a tuning of 28hz. That shoud give you some good room to work with.

There are a lot of possibilities, just depends on how far up you need the port to go, and also how much room you need for your amp.

If you give me your ideal length of port I can figure out the area the port needs to be.

i really need the port to go all the way back...the 16.5" dimension......and point up. it doesn't actually have to extend upwards, i just added that in just in case it was needed.
