i've heard the ID ctx57 and they are a great sounding speaker.

Heard a set of AQ comps the other night and was very impressed. Quite loud and sounded good. Decent midbass in doors with no deadening and the tweeters were loud but not harsh. Only heard them for a few songs but I liked what I heard...

good to hear. never heard any reviews but went ahead and bought them last night

try the Kenwood Excelon XR S17P's these are some of the best componets I have ever heard and they come with a 5x7 adapter
