I have a Rockford fosgate t3002 amp wired to two 12' alpine type E subs. This amp has previously blown my last 3 pairs of subs because i really dont know what im doing, and i continue to turn up the gain untill they burst or fry themselves. All i know how to do is play with the frequency untill it sounds good. Is there a more precise way to configure the amp. I dont have the control knob installed inside my car so please give me instructions on how to setup the amp once and for all to provide optimum sound(bang bang) without blowing the subs. I currently have them wired up in a bridge. Is this best for loudness. I also listen to an array of music genre's but mostly rap, dubstep and country. Call me dumb but i would love a walk through from the ground up to make my subs sound good and last. Thanks.
