Fuse size??

What in-line fuse size should I get and what size fuse should I be getting in my distribution block? I will be running a Sundown SAX-1200 at 1 ohm and a small 50-100W amp for my mids/highs. I am ordering my Knukonceptz KCA 1/0 soon but don't know about my fuse size. Any help is appreciated.

i usually fuse to the wire. 250a fuse there bud. unless its cca. if its cca fuse to 180

fuse to the max amps the wire can carry. cca 1/0 will only carry 180a safely iirc.

hmm. seems legit but i still wouldnt trust more than 225. but then again i am over safe on electrical.

i try but i get impatient. one of the reasons im not a vendor. i never like to type out long asz responses like M.E. or anyone else. but what i do know is fuse to the wire.

if its rated at 250a for 20 ft. fuse 250a 12 inches away from each batt. i fuse my 2/0 ofc to 300 but like i told better n reverse. im over save with it. i cant afford for stuff to mess up.

Ok thanks that helped me. Ok now my distro block takes 2 fuses what do I fuse that with?

run fuses in the distro that match up with the amp, or with the smaller wire? whichever is lower.
