Need people who know alot about amps

The reason being is I was wanting people with amp building, repairing, engineering etc. experience to tell me what they think about this board, it does 1500 RMS at 1 ohm. Need your experienced opinions.

Looks similar to the HF 1600w amp. Could be 1000, could be 1200, could be 1500...who knows?

But nothing says POS.

No, it's a china amp. I have one exactly like it here. Was a prototype that never made it into production. Well, someone else may have used it as their production amp, but not the company I got this one from, they didn't use it. It's similar to the SAZ-1500D, but the rail voltage is lower and just not enough there to match the SAZ-1500D's power output. It needs more transformer.

Thanks for the info. I have been looking for some amps to produce and was looking at this one for a 1500 RMS amp. Of course I am going to make some changes to it so that it performs the way I want it to, I was not aware they were already used. Thought they would be a good amp for $250

Would be nice if someone would start building badass amps that are moderately expensive instead of people trying to make buck selling junk... just my $0.02 Oh, wait, that's Sundown amps.... I love the Sundown amps... They kick ***. If you want to have someone build amps for you so you can resell them, have them build really good ones, don't be concerned with price as much as you are with quality. Wise words.... There is already enough "junk" floating around out there on the market....

They seem to be pretty well built to me. And what you said is what I am going for very good amps for a very reasonable price. I will have to check with some other sources if these are junk though.

I wouldn't say complete junk, but not my fav for sure.... Cheap.

If you are gonna build amps, and don't want to be on the same shelf as Boss, Rockwood, Pyramid etc, then you are going to have to build amps that people "want" not that they can "afford". There are plenty of people out there with money to buy good amps if you make them. You may not get rich, but you may not get rich selling cheapy amps either. I am not saying build the best amps on the planet, but DO stay away from the cheapy cheap prototypes, if it looks junky on the inside, it most likely is junky...
