Amp Suggestions

Will be running 2 JL Audio 8W3.v2's DVC 4 ohm and need some suggestions for a decent 2 channel or mono amp to run them with. Keep in mind they are only 125 RMS.

I do have an old school RF Punch 100ix laying around the house that I think will run them great. I just need a backup plan in case this amp is actually DOA.

Not looking for a low budget amp or one that will break the bank. So somewhere in the mid-range.

Though I don't mind spending the money for a quality product like the sundown I almost feel that those JL 8's don't deserve that amp.

D3 600.1... Its not too expensive, its reliable, and you'll have plenty of headroom.

Yes JL does have a 250/1 and that Diamond D3 is a sweet amp. In a perfect world my 100ix will work just fine when I test it and my search will be over.

So I decided that I want to upgrade to some higher RMS 8's. Which means I will probably get rid of my 100ix and continue my search for a mono or 2 channel amp, except this time in the 200-250 RMS per channel range.
