Does anyone know what these amps really produce at 2 ohms bridged? How about 4 ohms bridged, and 4 ohms per channel?

I have this amp running at 1 ohm and it currently makes my lights dim really bad when I crank it up even though I have a 200A alt and 4 gauge all around. I am downgrading my system from a street-beater to something that just sounds good and gets low enough. I have 1 DD1008a on the way and might get another. If I run this amp at 2 or 4 ohms, only drawing 1/2 the power I'm drawing now, should my dimming problems improve?

It would only be 1/2 to 1/4 of the power that you are drawing now. You need to upgrade your wiring from 4 ga to 1/0, big 3 too. Without upgrading wire that 200a alt isn't doing you much good. Also it probably puts out less at idle than your factory alt which won't help the dimming situation either.
