Need MT reconed

A few years ago I bought 2 RE audio MTs. One was to use and one to save until I bought an SUV. Well now its time to use the BNIB one. When I took it out of the box awhile ago I noticed it had been dropped on the basket at some point... I called RE audio about a recone and they said they won't deal with the public. So who do I call?

But i will be using 2 MTs, and only one needs the recone. Would the reconed one be the same as the one that is still original?

No, you'll have 1 Fi and 1 RE. Scott may be able to get you 2 black dustcaps so that you can match?
