Either a joint coming apart (the ones Thor described) or something loose stuck up in there rattling around. If you're careful you can pry/cut off the dustcap. If you screw it up you can get dustcaps for 5$ or so. Amazing Goop glue will stick a dustcap back on.
My guess was also spider at the landing (the outside where it glues down) or at the tripple joint (where the botom of the cone, coil former, and spider all come together).
Also could be some debris in the gap (roasted a sub the other day from this.....it happened by whomping on it with a dustcap half blown off LOL) but that would rub if you just pushed the cone with your hand.
