Need help choosing an amp

So i just blew a 1200w daul xpr540 amp second time lol
any suggestions on an amp 150$ or less either mono block or 2 channel or something bridgeable that aint gonna blow on me with 2 1200watt sony xplodes? i have the subs bridged in parallel and i want something thatll hit hard with rap music.

Drawing a blank on a decent 2 ohm amp under $150 right now. All I can think of right now is the Belva BB3000D. If I cant come up with anything else i'm sure someone will chime in with something.

Not being mean but that’s not a good one. Look at SoundQubed. They have the S1-1250 for $179.

It did 1100 watts At one ohm so factor real world Car electrical And 2 ohm, somewhere around Just over half that. Probably better off buying used or save up a few extra bucks and getting something better.
if youRe eventually Going to upgrade subs I’d get a one ohm stable. The 2 ohm power will still be plenty for those subs

Just because it did 1100 at 1 ohm doesn’t mean it’s a good amp. It’s going to be made with cheap components and won’t last very long (especially if you don’t know how to set gains)

Only reason Im looking at the ignite is due to its not going into protect mode at 0.5 ohms looks to me as its not gonna die easy

Why would it’s capacity at half ohm matter? Box rise, sub impedance configuration, your electrical....factors to name a few That will prevent you from being anywhere near a .5 ohm load. Your subs are 4 ohm so you’ll be wired at final 2 Ohm and it’s only gets higher. amp’s output declines as the impedance load gets higher.

He’s saying since it didn’t go into protect at .5 then it looks like the amp will be harder to kill. I think it’s the opposite in that the amp isn’t protecting itself like it should (could be wrong).
