Need help choosing head unit

I have a street legal sand rail that I want to install a 9 or 10 inch flat screen in that streams from my phone . Apps like Spotify , Netflix, maps......T he flat-screen needs to have 2 or 4 rca outputs to s 1500 watt amp then out to four speakers. All of the flat screens that I find only have Aux output, and they require volume to be adjusted via external radio.

What is a good head unit / flat-screen with 4 channel rca outputs ?

I should have stated, that the area that I want to mount/install the screen does not have a dash or console. But there is a space to mount it only. So the screen would need to be somewhat thin , without a big din style radio box. But include rca outputs.
I do have a center console area that I could install a unit but it would need a wired or wireless screen that I could mount remotely on the dash.

Which stinger module offers this?

This is what ai have to work with
