need h/t setup, $1000 budget

I need a home theatre setup, currently upgrading from a wal-mart durabrand $40 setup and a 27" flat screen to something a little better. I have about $1000 (the less the better) set aside (not including t.v.or cables), What do you guys have in mind? It's for an extremely small bedroom (about 11'x11'), Thanks for any help guys!!

p.s. Got any ideas for a decent t.v.? I want between 37"-42", flat panel, $800 or less

1000 bucks I would go with raw drivers like dayton or vifa.

ebay it. It's Klipsch btw and for the money it's the best thing IMHO
