I've used the RE box builder for a couple of enclosure builds, and I haven't been disappointed at all. It doesn't account for subwoofer displacement, but as long as you can read/find the specs for your subwoofer, you should find this useful.

Yeah, RE calc is not perfect, but it spits out something pretty darn close, I double check the port length in winisd and and worse case your a few hz higher than what you wanted, but it's not a make or break thing unless your going for numbers.

theres a sticky thread with tons of free box designs. outside of that you will likely need to toss some $$ to someone. those people get paid for their work / designs so they may not want to toss it away for free.
