Need Design for 2 Id Max's

okay I will prob just keep them just in case I change again which will probally happen. What should I feel these holes with now? I know you used tons of foam which I will get tmrw and I will have a gallon of sound deadner and some sheets of sound deadner should that be enough. My whole trunk is done already with dynamat so I will have to do the back shelf and probally do everything with the liquid. Should this be good enough?

It sounds like you're good to go. You'll just need to foam all the areas that lead from the trunk to the cabin. It's all common sense. As long as your trunk is sealed from the cabin, it's all good.

for the 6x9 holes... if you do plan to use them again... which I wouldn't recommend anyways, because a strong front stage is all you need...

then just get some 1/4" mdf and cut it to size and just screw them down to cover them holes and place some weather seal underneath it to seal it up without it beign permanent.

if you do decide to ditch those 6x9"s forever, then use some type of silicone/adhesive to seal off the 1/4" mdf over the 6x9" holes, which is what I did.

the trickiest part for me was making the baffle piece the perfect shape. using cardboard to get a template helps a lot. Then just trace it onto birch or mdf and cut w/ a jig-saw.
