Thanks guys. Those are plastic snap-in grommets. Ace hardware carries them in a bunch of different sizes. They're located in the nuts & bolts aisle.

Yeah I'm installing 2 cam locks. The one on the left side is in. The back section is where I'm putting a relay box...it's basically just going to be a negative space to fill out the floor cargo area and act as support for the sub enclosure. It's gonna have a removable top secured with carriage bolts. With the enclosure on the rear section I'll be able to open the amp rack and access the goodies.

As far as ventilation, I'm thinking two 3" cooling fans inset into the right side wall. Then four 1.5" round holes in the left side wall so there's cross ventilation. I'm more concerned about keeping the Alpine cool, the Zapco has its own fans and can take care of itself.

What do you guys think?

Ok got a bit more done last night. I got two 80mm fans. I have 2 options:

1) Install one in the right side wall pushing air in and install the second in the left side wall pulling air out to ventilate and cool

or

2) Install both in the right side wall pushing air in and just vent the left side wall.

I'm thinking #1 is the best way to go but would like some input from you guys. Thanks.
