need card.how is rf symmetry epx2

i have a fosgate symmetry epx2 proceser and i have never loved a peice of audio ever! paid a ton new and have not yet seen anything compare so why do they sell for only $250 to $450 on ebay? dont ya'll like em? and anyone know how to get cards or manuals for it? thanks
