Need box design for a 10" L7

It needs to be a wedge box.

My Max dimensions are 15 High 40 Width and 6.5 Bottom depth and 4.5 Top.

I want it ported using either round or hopefully rectangle port.

I just need the max dimensions and port length...etc...

I can make a cut sheet and 3d design on sketchup
