looks like he had 3 15's in a sealed box then wanted to go ported with two. decided to build the port outside of the box...

Well it's blatantly from where they had a third sub sealed so I would guess the diameter to be around 13" or so seeing how they're 15s and the hole is angled. So I guess it would be close to 130in^2 of port.
