Yes, but you will never find an enclosure that will have a flat response from ~20-200Hz...

However, to get the response you want, you should deffinitly try a bandpass of some kind. It will never be as good as you are asking for though.

Looking for more like 20 to 90hz -- smaller ported box perhaps?
