Did you not listen to the system after the guy installed it for you? Did you not tell him it sounded bad?

 
Ok..... Im in my car looking at the amp now and the settings are as follows

LPF about 100hz, SSFabout 25hz, Bass EQ zero degrees, phase zero degrees, level at about 10oclock with 9v being to your far left and 0.2v to your far right

Can tell you right now your LPF is set far to high and your gain is also set way to high.

Before you touch the dials do you have a multi meter? You should check the load from the sub box to make sure its wired properly before adjusting gains.

 
Ok subs are reading 1.9-2.1ohms
Ok that's good. Now you need to use the DMM to calculate where your gains need to be.

Check out this simple tutorial video on how to set it up properly. Use a 50 hz tone.



After that's done, start your LPF at 80 hz and go from there.
