The box will be in a blow thru in an Avalanche. So subs & port (would ideally like a center slot port) would be on the same face forward. That must be 49" x 20" to fill the blow thru area. LOW tuning please. Right now I have 2 15" in 10.5 cubes @28Hz. 30Hz is the highest id like to go with them please.

I've actually done exactly this.... I'll post some pics of my setup later. Made a wall and covered it in bed liner. Looks great, BUT I kinda messed up when building the box.

I'm looking to get a design/blueprint made with these same measurements. I'm thinking I can get away with 50" wide but might want to go 19" on the height.

Oxsign, Where did u measure from? With my box currently installed I can't measure from the opening in the cab I just got a rough measurement from the back of the bed by the tailgate.

The dealer, if u can help me out on this project also with some box plans/blueprints it'd be much appreciated. Let me know how much u would charge me for something like this. I'm capable of building this, I just want to make sure I have the right dimensions and want to do it right this time around instead of wasting my time and money again on a subpar box for my subs.

My measurements are from the opening into the cab. It could be bigger, but the corners are rounded off.

That looks great, thank you. A lot shorter depth wise than I thought it would be. That's pretty much what I was looking for. I'll be putting a beauty panel on it to secure it to the truck & locks when all is said and done. What was the final cubes & tuning by chance?? What do I owe you for this??

Sorry, I thought I listed it. 2.06cuft@30.16hz with 16.82sqin of port per cube. Should do pretty well. BTW, that's after all displacements.

I've had a long week. That was per side/chamber, so each sub will see just over a cube each. I can make it a little larger of you'd like, but will work **** good as is. You don't owe me anything, just post pictures of the build lol.

why not just go 2 15s? 4 0s are a waste of money and wont be as loud as 2 15s..

It's completely install dependant. The 4 10's would have a s**t ton more motor force than the 15's, and should handle more power.
