need an amplifier installation kit + other wires

need a wiring kit to wire up my system in sig. , i should look for a 4 gauge kit right? also is there a kit that comes with extra wire so i can go ahead and do the big 3 or should i do that with thicker wire? also what wire should i use to wire my subwoofer to amplifier? 14 gauge?

Do you plan on upgrading to a speaker amp in the future? If not, 4awg will be fine for now. As far as I know, there are no kits that come with extra wire specifically for the Big 3, I can build you a custom kit, but as far as one goes in the retail market... good luck. You should do the Big 3 in as big of a wire as you can afford. For the sub, 14awg would be fine, you could go as big as 12awg, but 14 should be fine.

but just a overall summary, all i gotta do is hook up rca's from headunit to amp, then run power wire from amp to battery terminal, run ground wire from amp to ground location , and thats just basically it? where does the remote wire on the amplifier go? does it goto the headunit's wiring harness remote wire?

You got it in the remote question. Hook it to the HU.

As far as the power goes, just get a distro later if you would rather not get it now.

You've got everything else correct.

Make sure to run the same size ground as your power.
