Need a small cheap Sub amp...

I have a choice. I can either buy the Boss Audio BASS600 or build my own compact sub/amp setup for underseat. I want to build it all to fit under one seat if possible.

I'm looking for 150-200 RMS and as small as possible! It will be paired to a Pioneer TS-SW251 10" shallow mount.

Ideas?
