Need a more experienced opinion.

Alright guys im currently in the market for new subs and i have my eyes set on 2. Either an alpine type r or an alpine type x. I know that theres alot of debate between the 2 as far as price point and quality so i wanna know what yall think is the better sub if im willing to shell out a little extra cash.

Why those 2?

The R was great when it was $125. Not so much now

The X mediocre at best
