i know this has been asked before but i cant find it any wear so here it gose i have to subs and whont to put them in my house they are car subs so what will i need to get them to wark at home ? can i use a car amp? if so how do i plug it up lol o and my subs are 2 impp's there 12" thx for the help

get ur self a AC to DC converter and hook up ur car audio amp to it , uhh can also power car audi osubs with home audio amps .

i looked at the ac to dc thingy and thats to putt in ure car i whont to take the subs out of my car and put them in my roomi was told to look at a Stereo Receiver

then plug up my amp to that then my subs up to my amp but i dont know lol

Down to business....Shinobi is right. You need a 120V AC to 12V DC convertor. What you are looking at that you say needs put in a car is a DC to AC convertor, which allows you to run home stuff in your car. That is the wrong thing.

Depending on the size of the amp, it may be way more cost effective to just purchase a home audio amp to push the subs. A good, high current AC-DC convertor is going to run a couple hundred bucks, and you could probably pick up a pretty nice home audio plate amps for less than what the AC-DC converter will cost.

ok i whent to that site and looked at the 250W SUBWOOFER AMPLIFIER w/BASS BOOST .So is that what i am looking for ? And also the 200W SUBWOOFER AMPLIFIER they both have the little plug in thingy to plun in the wall so i think thats what i need.So do i just get one of those and plug it up in my wall then my subs to it ? if so thenhow do i get music or moives to play becouse i whont to watch a movie with a lot of explosians //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ?
