I need an amp or two or however many is the cheapest way. To power two 12inch Immortal QVCs. I can wire both subs together to get a 1 ohm load. But i would need 4000 RMS x 1 @ 1 ohm, or I can wire a sub per amp at 2 ohms or 0.5 ohms. Any amps that can meet this challenge that I can find on ebay for under 800 if possible. Thanks for any help!

I highly doubt you'll find a true 4000w RMS amp for under $800. You're only hope is to find two 2000w RMS amps.

What ohm are your coils in that sub?? Cause you can get a lot more options out of a QVC than .5ohm, which would help broaden your search criteria

The QVCs are 2ohm. Someone suggested the Lanzar Opti 2000, anyone have personal experience with that? I was looking at MA audio, how do you like it?

series/parallel each sub 2 ohms each and a hk4000d per you'll be happy.... lots of $$$ though....

ma audio has a 401sx 1800w rms @ .5 ohm mono, --2 of those would fit the bill too...

my 602sx's will run at .5 ohms..

I cant comment on the hk4000, however it's output is suspect....Ill ask around to those using them what the power output is using a clamp and dmm.

The rest, D2, MA, and particularly abahn, do not do their ratings....

I'd say go with a pair of 9.0s, that way you dont have to go crazy reinforcing your electrical system - though it is recommended anyhow. A pair of used 9.0s will set you back about 800 each.

I got an amazing offer for 2 12 inch Eclipse TIs, and I am not sure what amp to get. I was thinking two Zr 240s modded as cheater amps, Hifonics BX1500D to run both subs, Audiobahn 1500HCT, etc. I want something as cheap as possible. I found Hifonics for 230+shipping, the Kickers are 275 Shipped. Any suggestions? What is a good wattage for the eclipses that will power the hell out of both of them, but not absolutely overpower them. I would like to do one amp if possible, I dont have enough room, and then I can upgrade later to maybe 4 TIs??? Sick! I have a 2.9 box for each one, and I am debating to go plug the vent or unplug. I know vented is louder, but I like how they hit in sealed. For sealed what would you suggest to power them, and for vented what would you suggest? Thanks

Do you have enough power to back up 4000 watts worth of current draw?
