just thought id post this up cause everyone is always wanting pics/reviews of wire

here is the 16 ft i picked up today

next to an ANL fuse

it was $3 a foot and i only got it cause it was pretty much my only option without paying $25 for shipping from online... looks a slight bit on the meager side but its suprisingly flexable... the dude said they also had 2/0 in stock

Yep, local welding shops have about the same prices as the online welding places.

Never understood why people would want to pay shipping and wait on wire.

You have not seen the price of copper lately, even welding supply is over $2/ft these days. For $5 or less on a 20ft section (depending on color) you can get more flexible cable else where

well i did see it last monday so unless the changes you speak of just happened then what i said still stands for my local shops,even my marine place sold me 10 feet of black 0 for 12 bucks.... 1/0 red is still under 2 at 1.89 per foot at weldingsupply.com
