His box is just your regular 3/4 inch mdf covered in the diamond plate.

Looks to be built well, is that welded?

The box weighs about 40 lbs... and yes its welded.... an awesome box!!! I love it!

I don't like it. It looked good with no sub in it. But now it's like throwing rims on a pinto. It just does not look good.

that's all that really matters, I think it looks different... pretty decent if ya ask me. Maybe if ya did it with black metal it would be nicer.
