My New Midbass Idea!

keeping the 8 makes it easier for me... Just gotta make a new enclosure for it as I would have had to have done if were to have gotten the XXX mids....and I have nice 500 watts I'll be giving it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

btw I live by detroit, sounds like you wanna hear my system //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif I gotta see how My new shit all sounds I should be getting it all by tuesday...probably wont have my new enclosure done by then though, Im going to try though

just let me know i have a few test cds and if you get a processor/processors that allow you to do some niffty things im more than sure you will like it alot better. yuh detroit isnt too far at all just right up the road from kinetik

i would set it up to where the 8 was almost like a sub in itself but set itto a slightly higher freq. just need an eq and/or a gain readily avalible. the bostons wont need to much help to be honest, what kind of vehicle is it? i also know a couple sub woofer tricks that can help bring things upfront

its a subarban, actually right now I have no cross over so that ED 9kv.2 was just on lpf up to 150...Also I hear those boston pros actually kinda lack in midbass

Who ever told you that was full of crap. Give them the power they need and they don't lack anything.

a good mdf baffle a pair of foam baffles and some fiberglass insullation do wonders. i remember the old beetle they did it definatly didnt lack midbass but even if they did in your door doing this is the next best thing to deadening/door sealing to try, and it does improve it.

i can agree you dont understand
Yeah, you're just talking way over my head! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif Cant even agree to disagree eh? I was willing to, but you just cant stop poking, even when you're wrong. Even when you've been shown how your arguement has changed within this very thread in an attempt to save face. Well it didn't work. Richard Clark thinks you're wrong and Scott Buwalda thinks you're wrong. Id find more quotes of other experts, but Im sure you'd just thnk you know more than them also. If you think your ears cannot distinguish stereo seperation until 200hz or above, you simply do not have the experience you so desperately want us to believe you have. It doesn't take extensive testing to realize it.

Bye. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
