Featured Oddly shaped box - bad idea?

Hi
I just bought a Skoda Enyaq Coupe with the "premium" sound package. But as expected it is not up to snuff.
The speakers are rated at 25-30 watts, and the sub is a wimpy 6-inch in a plastic enclosure.

So i whipped out the 3D scanner and Fusion 360.

I plan on transplanting the setup from my old car.
2x10" Pioneer TS-W260S4 (See specs below).
In my old car i had them in a shared sealed octagonal box in the spare-wheel well. The box was around 60 Litres.

In the new car there is no spare-wheel well. But there is a hole/cavity where the stock subwoofer is placed.
By my measurements it is around 30 litres. So only enough volume for a single 10".

To make enough volume for both i was considering an "L-shaped box" (Mock-ups below). How will that affect the sound?

The shape itself looks fine to me, just make sure you have enough air space for the woofers and pole vent or woofer motor cooling if it has it.

I wish all my customers had a 3-D scanner for their vehicles. That would've saved me a lot of work 😂

I've designed and built and heard a ported box for a spare tire well like you have here, basically. It worked well, for sundown 12 in a civic iirc. I'd put the port all the way at the back in the center firing up, only if those subs work ported. It's not easy, because a lot of the time the port has to bend, just like any other L shaped port.
