thats what i was thinking, how bout we specificity. Most NA v6s do kinda blow. I think in my case the v8 gets better gas milage than the v6

A lot of bleeding vags in here tonight. A car is a car, but of course the internet brings out the best.......or worst in people I should say.

I wouldn't have bought the v6, just because I know how it drives, but it isn't a horrible car. Gets up just fine for what an average person would need it too.

I get the chick thing with my car as well with the Focus ST, however I can hang with my buddy's V8 stang with a tune......funny with my 190hp car keeping up with a 300 plus HP car.........Tis whatever really.

SCed/built V6es are cool though, but for all the money you spent, you were better off buying a v8 in the first place

My point, I get 24 city, never drive highway but I have seen a v6 roush get 30mpg city.
V8 mustangs get like 16-18 city.

Between the extra you pay for a GT, extra for insurance and gas, the OP could throw in twin turbos and smoke your *** anyday! Even a 4 banger with the money could get a gt.

Not racing, don't care to spend 5 grand more to get a v8 just so you get a boner every time it starts. It looks great, sounds pretty good, and get good gas mileage. Thats all that needs to be said.

To OP: I would scoop that car up today if I had the money, that car is worth 14k+ with only 22k miles being a 07. I have been trying to find a 05 for that, and well, good luck with your stang =)

For a twin turbo set-up you're going to need to upgrade the fuel injectors and fuel pump (not to mention many other mods. that vastly exceed the price of a GT and gas). When you do this, with a proper tune your little gas saving v6 ends up taking more gas anyway. Not to mention it WILL cost you more than buying a GT. Hell for the price of all that you could probably still throw a single turbo on the gt running a lower boost.

The only potential a V6 has is built, bored, and my favorite, twin turbo, other than that, they're dogs. I run V8 Mustangs with my Integra N/A, with 180whp. When I was turbo'd, it had 347whp, and I was keeping up with stock/mild bolt on Terminator Cobra's, granted I would spin until 60mph because FWD sucks without slicks. I doesn't matter how much power you have, or how many cylinders, it's all on the power to weight ratio. My friend has a buddy who built an all motor K24 hatch that's naturally aspirated and it does 10.5's all day with 1.5 60'.

And for the people saying an LS1 cannot get that mileage, yes it can. 6 speed is your friend.

And V6 Mustangs, aren't Mustangs, they're Ponies.

im not lookin to race, i want a car that had low miles and to tell u the truth i all ways wanted one. i wish the car was black and i can still back out. i just put money down i am thinkin of goin there today and back out of the deal. they where gona get it clean for me. there is to small marks near the back bumper. im still not sure what to do. i want the car but i have 2 surgeres left one on my left hand and my right. each hand takes 3-5 months to heal . my 92 jeep sport has 125,121 miles and drives ok at best im sure it will get me to june that was when i was gona buy my new car or truck. i dont think u guys under stand im not looking to race nor go really fast. i allmost died in one accident im not gona try my luck again

GET IT! You must, who cares what these fegs say, v6 stangs are ok. The get good gas mileage and are great cars, and for only 10.5k i'd go scoop it up today!
