I have a friend with a '02 SS LS1 camaro getting 28mpg whats your point?

i used to think v6 stangs were chick cars but they do have potential. there are sites devoted to them http://www.v6mustang.com/ i may call you a b***h if you leave it stock and only put exhaust on it though. why cat back, f**k cats. i just cut mine off my 94 sunbird:laugh:, well it fell off and straight piping was cheaper and i did with a buddy. v6's have potential is all im saying.

The only people who are going to know if it's a V6 are guys and maybe some chicks. So he's going to spend 5 more grand to satisfy guys?

I wouldn't buy any pony car with a V6, but that's cause I have been in the V8 and V6 versions, and the V6 is a dog for all of them.

Here, see it again. I own an 01 SS with the LS1 and I can get 28-30mpg on the highway, and I can break 20 in the city if I avoid driving overly aggressive.

The cost starts at $26,170 for the SS Coupe and $33,275 for the SS Convertible. The gas mileage is rated at City 17 MPG and Highway 25 MPG, now you and I know when you keep your foot in the throttle it will be a lot less. For the gas you can use 87 octane but they recommend 91 octane.

still think 30 is pushing it a bit but you can come close depending on how you drive.

ok. some things need to be addressed here:
1) your spelling and sentence structure is so go**** terrible, some words I cant even see what you are trying to say.

2) red, v6, and auto=female.

3) you have no job or money, but are getting a loan for an 11,000 dollar car? that makes no sense what so ever. I mean, at all. Nothing.

My point, I get 24 city, never drive highway but I have seen a v6 roush get 30mpg city.

V8 mustangs get like 16-18 city.

Between the extra you pay for a GT, extra for insurance and gas, the OP could throw in twin turbos and smoke your *** anyday! Even a 4 banger with the money could get a gt.

Not racing, don't care to spend 5 grand more to get a v8 just so you get a boner every time it starts. It looks great, sounds pretty good, and get good gas mileage. Thats all that needs to be said.

To OP: I would scoop that car up today if I had the money, that car is worth 14k+ with only 22k miles being a 07. I have been trying to find a 05 for that, and well, good luck with your stang =)

i get 15-20 in town easy, and 30 on the high way. There is no BS. LS1s are just that awesome. Granted mine is a 6sp
