also since this happened new how do i know it won't come loose every week?

CA, 5 min epoxy, and e6000 is very strong.. My 5000 watt rms subs had no problems with the glue holding so I think you will be fine.

Throw some 5 min epoxy on it clamp it down and continue on.

thanks.. my point is why didn't fu do that instead of me having to.. it's silly.. if it was 6 months from now ok i'd take that but this its stupid..

Of course it came up you stuck a screw driver in it! lol jk. Poor glue job from frank. Make him pay for the glue if it really came like that.

Sundown had tons of glue issues with the Xv1 years ago.

can i use excess glue on side thats not loose so i don't have to fix that later?

And Gramps if you have a hard time glueing that surround back down, one of the simiest fixes, you shouldn't be in this hobby. That's child's play. Simple arts and crafts.

oh god arts and crafts is my worst area., ya'll think i type bad u should see me try to get crafty.. it's like a 3" wide piece thats loose but i'll put glue anywhere else i can around it cause i had planned on leaving it in trunk til i died ., it was there 1 day..

he wasn't as a*s about it i don't wanta make it sound like that he told me what i needed to know.. just shocked it wasn't more like "oh u just need glue let me send u some" at the least..

Not sure who this PaperMaker is but you have me mistaken with him.Seems you're obsessed with the dude seeing this is the 2nd time you've called me him.

I definately dont think it would be a major warranty claim... but at least a "i will send a small tube of adhesive, with repair instructions"... just on principle
