This is a 3.6 cube box. Ported to 30.8 hz. It is for 2 JL Audio 12w3's. I was pleased with how it came out, no gaps or anything. Cant wait to hear it when I deliver it Friday. Only cost $45 to build. It is not completely finished yet. I painted it flat black with a white JL logo. The logo sucks so im probably just going to coat it with spray on bed liner. Let me know what you think.

I like it, Should of used wood filler to even out color of box on edges though!

Thanks man. Im going to cover it in bed liner so that should solve the color problem and make it look a little smoother.

I originally planned on 4 inch ports but space on the baffle were a bit limited. Also did you notice the ringed flares on the ports? The ports are also attached the the rings and to the box so the ports arent going anywhere.

It'a a ***** to get the spray -on bedliner to stick.

I reccomend fleckstone....get many cans as I seem to go through it fast.

flecksone FTW!

Just make sure it gets AT LEAST 48 hours to dry. It can chip/smear easily if its not fully cured.

Well, I wiggle the router and it creates dents in my work.
