lol yah, 2 hands and no help do that.

i took pics, but they are FAR too bright, and you cant see shit. I will post the ones that give you an idea though..

angle cut....all you can see is the front LOL

just how the trunk is working out so far. I may have to cut that front piece down, but I really dont want to. May HAVE to.

also, that piece is not at its actual angle, and it is now cut so it slides between those two vertical pieces allowing it to go at its full angle.

yes, the edges are no perfect, I have a crap saw for angles right now, and well...you get the point.

here you can see the final angle it will sit at.

The final enclosure will look better, I promise lol. Im not a cabinet maker or anything like that so I do my best, and beef things up as needed.

just showing how the port will be. will be that wide, and about 4 inches tall. (very back piece)

Drilled starter holes

just cut from hole to hole, easier to work with

will put MDF pieces in there once I get started tomorrow. May open the hole up a tad bit more. All corners will be glassed to insure the seal, and a little added strength.

cleaned up a bit, not much sawdust in there now. (if any)

I should be able to squeeze ~5 cubes out of this gross volume. That and keep the spare, I think I have done good if it comes out as clean as I think it will.

yes....but thats not the piece you will see. Im building up from that piece 10 8.5 inches (9.25 if you are counting the top piece) so external height is 10 total. I will be putting vertical pieces below that board to kinda get a box idea going, then glass the floor and all that wood so I gain ~.7 cubes of air.

Glassing wheel well for extra room to make it short and sweet.

fairly well, yah. I only used heat on some and i cant remember where lol. some sticks perfect, some rolls on the edges. will work fine though.

its pretty much on hold now until i can get my glass stuff. I need to pic up some small screws, washers, and L brackets or plumbers tape today so I can secure the pieces down, and then I can glass the edges.
