i wiped it down with some of that rubbing alcohol stuff (which i dont reccomend) it took the top layer of paint off, but didnt mess with the undercoat, so yes...it was a clean surface. dbornotdb on here told me to use wax and grease remover instead, so I think i will go to the sherwin williams store across the road tomorrow and pic some up.

as for what I rolled it with, I used a little 1 inch pvc roller that lowes had in the wallpaper tool section.

maybe 45 minutes? it didnt take long at all, for the whole thing. I went to m grandmas house at like 7:30 and was home at 10:30, so maybe 2.5 hours total?

FYI: we had 30 degree weather last night, no problems with stickage (word?) lol
