It's VERY confusing...uinless you hear the whole story at once....
It WAS a work related injury, but at first they denied my case because of missing info....doc. note they didnt get, so they sent me home a week before surgery when I could have/should have been working.... BUT since it got denied, i was treated like an employee who got hurt off the job, in which case they can't allow me to work
