My computer crashed, looking for some help!

Hey all, i am in need of some help.

Recently i acquired a virus on my computer, that causes it to go to a blue error screen everytime it starts up. My question is, how can i get into the computer to erase everything? I try going into the BIOS menu or w/e its called but that doesn't help. And i don't have any recovery disks for the system. Can i get into DOS any way? It is a Sony VIAO...thanks a lot guys!

in the bios find the option to boot from Cd-rom and then boot into a windows install disk.

no i can't. everytime i start the computer it goes from the VAIO screen to the blue screen of death. Doesn't even give me a chance to do anything like that.

can anyone find a replacement cd-drive for the computer? It is a VAIO VGN-FS810/W. I can't seem to find one anywhere.
