I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX V6 Coupe

this is how it looks now with stock 16" rims on 205/60 tires:

Im thinking about installing 17" Motegis on 215/45 tires:

this is how it will probably look (quick photoshop):

will I notice a difference in ride comfort between the tires?

should I stay stock?

You will notice more noise and a bumpier ride. Have you seen what your stockies look like painted white?

Other than that, I love your choice in the Motegi wheels. Always loved those.

Well in that case, I would recommend testin' them out. What's the worst that could happen?

Also, the added road noise and bumpiness is nothing you can't get used to.

Im going to need 2 new 17" tires though...and if I want to stay with the 16s I would need to get a pair of tires as well (tires are in bad shape).

if its not such a big difference then I would go with the 17s

I would replace all four tires on the 17s and go with a bigger sidewall

I don't think it would be a huge difference.

Now if you start lowering it and ish, then it will get bad.

I think it will look good, 45s are not too bad either and still give a decent ride.

never been a fan of multi bolt pattern wheels. much less those. they look cheap as hell.
