My Audiopipe amp is not bad at all for the price

Seeing O-scope and clamp>reading from a bunch of noobs. You should meter the Diamond and the AP. I bet you are misjudging distortion and bad dampening for output
audiopipe 3k wired at 1 ohm- 2700 @ 1.9 ohms

2 aq2200 strapped 1 ohm- 3560watts not sure reactive load.

audiopipe 1500 wired at 1- 1120 watts @ 2.1 ohms

All clamped by the same guy, what does that tell you?

That tells me he did it wrong. Just go look around the amp section/ 360ish on a load from the 1500 clean

Nah, you are mistaken. All 3 tests came short of the RMS rating, but we all know that at least the AQ test should have been above 4,000, and they were all tested by the same guy.

Even one guy who always bashes brands like audiopipe got 1225 clean un clipped out of the 1500, and trust me if he could have come up with an excuse why the outcome was so good, he would have given it because like I said he doesn (didn't lol) like AP.

The vast majority of the tests show that they do rated power....clean rated power, no, but close enough to where it is a steal at the asking price. $250 shipped for 2500 clean watts.

Go price a kicker 2500 :/

I'm not mistaken.. I'll find the post showing clamps and scope. Also a video showing noise coming through from just the fan

For every test showing a poor result, I see three showing they do rated.

And I can't speak for the APSM, mine is an AP3000, but like I said my setup BANGS and my amp is wired at 4 ohms. These amps can be wired to 1 ohm for daily. I promise you they do rated or very close, based on my personal experience.

Have you noticed that 99% of the people bashing the AP amps are those who haven't ran them? And 99% of the ones that have ran them, say they exceeded their expectations....LOL....

That should tell you something.

Have you noticed 49.5% that like them have never used a amp that good? The other 49.5% have no idea what it supposed to sound like. Plain and simple. If it is out doing that Diamond you did something wrong cause its not possible.

Have you geard both of them? If not please don't make statements like that because I have, and I know. The Incriminator dealer installed the Diamond amp, it was hooked up right, and it sounded like it should have.

The only logical explanation is that the audiopipe amp actually does 1500 watts or more at 4 ohms, like the diamond amp does. Is the power as clean, no, but I promise you it hits VERY hard, and the bass doesn't sound bad.

Every clamp I seen that they claim it does rated theres no load on the amp or no oscope while the load is apllied when it is attached the ap series amp does good to do 1/2 rated power and a dirty signal is not good for subs at all no matter how much power they are rated for.

OP don't care cause he thinks it bangs. Go meter it and see how much it bangs, run it full tilt and see how long your subs last. Go get a good amp and set it up right and see what you think. Until then I put you in that 49.5% that don't know what it supposed to sound like.

i would have to agree. i also thought mine was the **** until i hooked and actual 3k watt amp upto it and thats coming from the (6k) my ap's were making and with way less strain on my electrical

i had 4 ap1500s and yet it was loud a single dc 3.5k was much louder. you get what you pay for
Much louder? At that level, it takes a **** ton more power to make something much louder, and you are saying the 3.5k was making a **** ton more power than the 4 1500's?

They have to put out at least 1,000 watts apiece.....

Even if they only put out 800 watts apiece it should have been as loud as the 3.5k, but the 3.5k was "much" louder?

Also, did you have the apsm or the ap series?

They dont have to do anything but what they can and what they can't do is be a good amp.
