Mustang rear deck sub setup?

I did some Earthquake shallow mount 6.5 subs in the rear deck of a mustang for a friend...he was into racing and weight was a concern........I used a 5x7 to 6.5 adapter plate...and ran the pair on a Bazooka 1300 mono amp about 4-500 rms ...everyone that heard it thought he had two 10's in the trunk...It was funny to pop the trunk and nothing but an amp there...one guy even looked where the spare tire was and thought there might be a sub hid there....lol

Hmmm that's a good idea! It really was enough bass with the just two 6.5's? That would be a lot easier than cutting the rear deck!

You just ran them infinite baffle?
