Also do I really need a capacitor? Will the stock battery on my car be able to power all of this (I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee with stock battery) or do I need to get a battery or capacitor or something?

Ditch the cap, and I'd be a little worried about the wire kit. That seems a little too cheap to be true 1/0 gauge.

As for the electrical, just do the Big 3, and maybe get a bigger/better battery up front.

That amp wont do rated power, those subs ****, you don't need 0g(although that wiring kit is probably only 4g), and you don't need capacitor(as if they did anything).
