Adding Deka Intimidator/NGT Extreme batteries

Ok so i plan on adding two new batteries in my trunk. I would like to go with a Powermaster d3100 but they are just pretty **** expensive for my somewhat budget build. So i was gonna go with a Kinetik 2400 used from CA.com but no one is really selling them.

So I decided to go with a Deka Intimidator G31. 1000 CCA not too shabby for the price.

I can get 2 of them offline from RemyBatter.com for like $405 shipped or from a local Car Quest dealer for like $401 and I can have them the same day.

How are these batteries for the price and how well do they perform? Ill be running a Crunch GP3000D to a BTL off of it with big three in 1/0 and an Iraggi 200amp alt.

Also will I need these for the batteries?

ive heard some good things about the Deka batteries, they should do you good.

ive never owned one so im not 100% sure of all the details, but, ive heard nothing but good things.

Great batts dont let the price fool you. If I had a ton of cash I would run powermaster but since I dont i run NGT extremes. They are the exact same thing as the dekas and yes cheaper and you ge it the same day.

Hot ****, that is really really close to where I work. I might have to give them a call and see how much 2 intimidators or NGTs would be. Thanks for the info man, that really helped me out!!

no prob I was looking myself recently and just did my zip in their dealer search. I have a wholesale act with CQ and get get the NG31 for like $170 each, also in my town batteryone is a Deka dealer who I also have an acct with so I am pretty covered. Im about 100 miles from bmore so it wouldnt be worth it for me to drive there.

edit- my batteryone guy also gives me good deals cause its not every day someone comes in and gets 8 group 27 deep cycle batteries (had hydraulics on my truck), $1 copper 1/0 rings all day long hehe

Oh wow sweet man. You've got some nice hookups there. My boss is going to see what he can do for me tomorrow. I work at O'Donnell Honda In Baltimore in the parts dept so we have accounts with almost every car part distributor in the area with like 30% over cost pricing.

Do you have any idea where I can find some of those NGT Extreme batteries at?

Do you have any specs on these batteries like CCAs? Are they the 31 series and do have any pics to a DMM? Im pretty interested in these.
