Rear speaker issues

I had a new speaker setup installed recently. Sounded great until I changed the fade to the rear and they sound both quieter and worse in quality than the ones in the front. They are both connected to an aftermarket amplifier, and I have retained the stock head unit as well. What could be causing this issue?
Specs are
Rockford fosgate R2 Prime 500x4
2 6.5 kicker comp c speakers rear
2 Rockford fosgate power t1650 front
2015 Honda accord Ex-l

It could be the power in watts from the amplifier is only giving the two fronts full power and less in the back. No reason for this occurrence other than the two fronts from the amplifier are the speakers first or closest to the amplifier. Two back speakers are farther away from the amplifier. So the back runs out of watts power from the amplifier by the time it reaches the two back. Less watts so less music or sounds. How volts and frequencies are measured acrosss the car speakers. Length of cable, meter/s^2. Measuring ampere. Less by the time the back speakers gets the sounds.

Sounds like the hu is reducing the lower frequencies to protect the speakers...Honda is notorious for fiddling with the signal 🤣

Typically when installing aftermarket speakers you do get a change it quality, mainly because you're enclosure for them is to big or too small, they might be in free air with no sound waves to bounce back or contain air pressure for desired sound. I'm sure they are on separate channels, turn your volume up to where you want it, adjust the fader to rear only and turn the gain up to match volume without distorting speaker.

It may have to do with the Kickers. Try swapping wires at the amp's output. Rear to front and vice versa.
