i'll probably make the box in a way to help with this issue, may mount it facing up so the weight isnt scressing one side alot more then the other

I'd mount the crack at the bottom so the weight would rest on it rather than pull on it.

Use the JB weld stick... it's like a putty... and you can build it up and spread it evenly on all sides.
I've seen some with crack baskets before... but usually around the lip area and vertical.

How will you be mounting it, maybe consider a motor support. But really I think you'll be fine.

l bracket man. that is your best bet. taht is severe.. either taht, or a recone.. or ill give you 45+ shipping for the motor

no idea what caused this one but it LOOKS like the back end is to heavy for the crappy basket.

also i wasnt able to find the other one someone fixed on here through the search

i have the JB weld now also just got back from getting some, i'll post pics if it comes out or if its a failure.
