Well on the 28th you said it would go out ASAP so what happened to the 29th, 30th, July 1? Last time I checked, ASAP would fall into one of the three days AFTER you said that. I also sent you a message on the 3rd you signed on and didn't respond, THEN you got banned on the 4th.

As far as this not being in the feedback section, I wanted to get the popular consesus before I posted real feedback. Notice the question mark in the post? But based on everyone's opinions, you don't seem like you're Mr. Popular around these forums and I'd rather not to business with you. It's been a week since you said it would go out and on most of those days, the mail did run. All of this would be fine if you responded to a PM telling me the situation but you just left me in the dark well before you got banned. Not a good way to do business.

Asap doesnt mean in the next few days asap clearly means AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. July 1st was a saturday, but for june 29th and 30th I was tied up with MILITARY issues and picking my girlfriend up from the airport after being gone for 2 months feel free to ask blunt him and I talked numerous times trying to set up a date for me to spend 600$ cash on buying his amps, imagine that! We met at the mall in kansas city hooked the amps up to a sub from iceteebone that was false advertisement as well, had a grand time I threw 600$ cash in his car he gave me 40$ back for a box and we went our seperate ways..

prowler thats fine if it were true, but there was no polite about it, jntar it started with and he said "his point of view" thought I was harassing the seller, I harassed him by asking legit questions so I or someone else didnt get scammed from false advertisement, then he said your post are gone deal with it, him thats very respectful, thats actually a point of view also known as an opinion. The rules dont say anything about harassing someone about model numbers and pics to prove what they are sellin is indeed true. So again I was banned because someone didnt like Me in general because I followed the rules word for word.

If that quote were true then perhaps it would have been fine, but I was told I was HARASSING thats why I was banned...hmmm so perhaps if the mod team worked together instead of against eachother then it would make more sense...he said Post dumping, another said harassing, and a third said, because I back talked him? well for starters the mod team was incorrect, because it said I was banned for no reason? Second why dont the mods follow the rules? This thread for instance is supposed to be in the negative buyer seller feedback section and a mod himself posted in here, but didnt move it from the lounge to its proper location? What about the lounge alone it says pointless threads will be deleted but jntar a mod posted in a worthless thread about loving drunk chicks? Why not delete it? Lastly rocky was gonna build me a box, but I told him I rather not deal with someone who talks sh*t about a potential buyer. For everyone that has not dealt with me, whats your point in posting? If I get banned for so called no following rules then you should all be banned as well because you didnt follow the rules, your post were mis guiding considering the fact you have not dealt with me and I have NUMEROUS Positive refs like say hmmm 2 pages at least on this forum alone! lastly piston dude its fine I was banned yes and I didnt have your address written down, the mail doesnt go out on weekends and july 3 and 4th were down days for the military which I am so how could I have sent the money order? For the record I made posts asking a guy about his so called SPECIAL amps, I was told by jntar I was harassing him? I asked legit questions because I wanted to know so I didnt buy somthing that was false advertised. After all the questions the maker of the thread sent me a pming say "you know your stuff about powerbass I was looking for a sucker to score some money off" with that being said I made the intent to stop a scam in progress, but got shot down and banned? So how can we ever get order around here to stop if mods take part in letting people get away with it?

Keep this up and you will not be allowed to post anymore at all. You should know by now that the proper way to get your name unbanned (which its only 7 freaking days) is to email goob, this can be found at the bottom of the caraudio.com page under webmaster.

Bashing as ot posts...Goob said to leave the lounge alone...I can get as far off topic as I want in here and not break any of the rules. Outside the lounge...any OT post I see will be gone.

Last, If any of you want to see the PMs I received from Loki I'd be glad to post them. Make me think I was trying to conversate with a 12 year old pissed off at the world cause he is locked up in little boy jail.

Yea thats fine, but then I dont want to hear other mods (not including yourself obviously) being pissy and moaning about FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I was told via pm if you break forum rules you risk being banned? So on ocassion you breaking the rules doesnt matter, because you make the forum correct? lastly your comparision of a turd and a XXX18 doesnt apply, this guy was trying to sell a pair of XA3000d powerbass amps, but had them listed at XA3000DF the F supposedly stood for some special amp only made 2 of them, Why because he lied in hopes of scamming someone by selling them this so called proto type only 2 built when it was NOT. That is a scam in progress is it not? Yea some people can tell but some cannot, so I asked legit questions if he could prove how they are DF an not JUST D I asked if they were the same as tuans, if he said yes that would have proved he lied and tryed to scam someone, but he made it easier, by breaking down and being honest in the end tellin me he was looking for a sucker to score some money off...so in my effort to stop that I was banned...

i have been here for alittle time not like some others i enjoy this forum... but as far as the For Sale Section. and stuff lock it up for alittle while till some new rules come out cause there is alot of issues of SCAMMERS and thiefs... and i have been scammed by ebay and didnt like it one BIT.

i really dont post like i used too.... but i think there should be 2-3 mods JUST TOO control EACH SECTION of the forums.

cause the for sale/ trade is getting outta hand. i get on this morning and then tonight and there is 15+ posts for items for sale. all NEW couple bumpped but. its getting old. another forum im on only lets u post in those sections after 50 post's BUT ONLY in certain sections...

Mods are doing there job... i hope u guys understand how many people GET ON this FORUM.... and how much DRAMA is brought up. i think they are doing good.... CONTINUE with the great work.

I'm so sure the guy messaged you Loki and admitted to being here with the express purpose of scamming someone. The word is "sucker" by the way in that context and not "*******."

If what you say is true, however I'll ask if that PM still exists in your PM inbox? If that really happened and you were so concerned about preventing fraud from happening then why not either post that PM or forward it to a moderator? It didn't have to be Justin since you two are obviously at odds with one another...there are 9 other mods in case you didn't know. At any rate ~ the reason I ask if that PM is still in your inbox is twofold: It is accessible by the mods and Goob. If it exists I, for one, would sure like to see it. Secondly I have a really hard time believing that something of that nature was sent to you and you chose to sit on your hands with that info until after it was illustrated how unwelcome your presence in that user's thread truly was.
