Loki, when you make another username (and I have no doubts that you will) please read the following post carefully:

You were not banned only for the goings-on in this possible scam of a FS thread. That was merely the most recent case of what has become a long history of FS thread dumping. Everyone here knows you have a history of quibbling with people over their asking price on items. Even you cannot with any honesty deny it. If this recent case is genuinely a scam that was stopped then I not only cangratulate you but I will be the first to stand up and applaud you. Truly there is entirely too much scamming happening here of late and any effort to squash it I am all for.

That being said you have an incredibly annoying habit of crapping in various For Sale threads. I might want to sell my XXV-01D and get something else. If that happens and I make a thread trying to sell it I might see fit to ask $800 for it. Your history shows me that you popping into my thread to tell me that my asking price is way out of line shouldn't be a surprise. That hypothetical post will be neither welcome nor appreciated. When Daddy taught me the finer points of buying a car he told me that the sellers have the right to ASK any price they want. The asking price doesn't necessarily reflect what the actual selling price ends up being but they can ASK anything they like. The same goes for me and my HU. I can ASK that someone give me $800 all day long. Don't like it? Fine. Make a counter-offer or stfu. It is my equipment. I do not need your approval to ask any price I see fit for the equipment I am selling. The same holds true for every other member of the forum.

You are one of the first and loudest voices heard (text typed) if someone should exhibit such behavior in one of your FS threads. Why should it be good for the goose but not the gander, hmm?

We exchanged a few PM's where he surprisingly spoke somewhat civil with me. Though, everytime it was his own drawn out false version of reality he tried to use to justify why he post dumped...

Then I receive this one:

That was the last straw. I told him in my VERY first PM to him, it was within his own hands whether or not he wanted to be banned. He chose his own fate, simple as that.

All he had to do, was simply refrain from post dumping in that thread. He could have easily PM'd a moderator, or PM'd the people interested in the item if he felt like SUCH A SUPER HERO from trying to prevent a scam.

The fact remains, he is wrong... dead wrong. The OP of the FS thread asked for it to be cleaned up (It's HIS thread). Also, he CHOSE his own fate... it was in his control.
