Probably the same type of sealed cube boxes with 3/4" mdf. I'm gonna try using my 1" roundover this time though.

No clue. I didn't really do any research/modeling beforehand with these and I probably won't with the next set. I'm guessing they'll be about 4" inside. (I think I saw that somewhere on one of the PE reviews.)

I've seen those Tangband drivers in several nice horn-loaded and t-line enclosures as well.

Close. They're buyout full range neo's from PE. They'll be going into a second set. Probably will wind up as a present for someone.

The terminals on the **** things are reeeally in the way of mounting... plus the flange has a gap, so mounting them on the front would probably result in ugly puckering in the metal around the screw. So I'm thinking about mounting these inside the enclosure from behind (maybe rabbeted 3/8") then wiring, run the wire through the back panel, line, stuff, and then attach the back. Then finish with the driver masked...hopefully avoiding damage.

Well the precut baffles came in today. And for 15 bucks, I think I may do this regularly. I hate doing such small router cutouts. Didn't really expect them to be painted, but I can probably sand it down for the butt joints.
