go directly to a fedex facility, not kinkos/fedex or some crap like that. I have shipped a 64 lb enclosure to washington state and it costed $24 by fedex ground with insurance included. I shipped an alternator and that only costed $7.XX including insurance...

Mailboxes etc charges an arm and a leg for 3rd party shipping. Find a terminal and drive there. Much cheaper.

BTW: Much Much improved. The screw spacing is minor, once it's finished with carpet or something it won't matter.
